Michelle is a fintech patent-holder and management consultant with more than 15 years of experience. From the development of value-creation strategies for global consumer products, healthcare and financial services providers as a founding member of McKinsey & Company’s finance practice, to working with top management in the global banking sector as a founder and partner of Mitchell Madison Group, Michelle is a master at the application of disruptive technologies. A blockchain evangelist, Michelle has designed cryptographic payment systems and mobile cryptocurrency point-of-sale solutions. She is now focused on the development of secure communication and collaboration platforms founded on the principle that platform providers are custodians of user data which are digital assets. At Probity, Michelle helps companies create agile market-entry strategies rooted in feature-rich development of leading-edge products primarily in the blockchain and trusted computing spaces.

Tyler has spent more than a decade developing technology infrastructure and services for startups, large companies, and research facilities. His experience in designing systems that handle millions of users and hundreds of millions of dollars in transactional volume allows him to tackle a startup's hardest scaling problems in myriad creative ways. As a Y Combinator alumnus and technical lead for startups, Tyler brings a diverse set of technical skills and entrepreneurial experience that enables fledgling startups to get to market quickly and larger companies to stay agile. At Probity, Tyler ensures companies have a scalable and maintainable technical foundation that enables them to build out ideas ahead of the competition and to handle large-scale traffic.

Felix has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, and product management. Before joining Probity Ledgers, Felix worked at Drax Advisors, a boutique management consulting firm that provides specialized management consultancy services to emerging fintech companies. Felix also held several senior leadership positions within the Treasury Services, Corporate Payments, Commercial Card, and Auto Finance businesses of JPMorgan, where he was directly responsible for developing business strategy, implementing major corporate initiatives, and contributing to global business expansion. Prior to JPMorgan, Felix was a management consultant for several strategic advisory firms that focused on serving the financial services and technology industries, including Mitchell Madison Group in New York and PPM Institute of Management in Jakarta. At Probity, Felix focuses on developing strategic priorities and opportunities to accelerate client objectives.

Amy is a digital Swiss Army Knife. She started her career working at The Miami Herald, where she was a member of the staff that won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service for coverage of Hurricane Andrew. Amy provides thought leadership and content for media companies, social analytics platforms, and apps across a wide variety of sectors that include sports, the arts, cybersecurity and the blockchain. Her clients have run the gamut from sole proprietors to the American Museum of Natural History. Amy co-founded a predictive analytics platform for news publishers and was the top female submitter of all time on Digg.com. She is a sought-after speaker and an internationally renowned expert on social media, community, content, and user behavior. Amy specializes in translating between engineer and user and back again, a Rosetta Stone of sorts for startup teams. At Probity, Amy provides companies with the tools and roadmaps to develop comprehensive digital communications strategies — from content to the building of thriving communities on social media platforms.

Marko is a highly skilled and versatile software engineer with 15 years of experience and deep expertise in communication and collaboration apps and platform development. Marko was the lead app developer at a cybersecurity company, where he developed apps for trust zone-based authentication, secure messaging and file transfers. In the online communication and collaboration space, he has written application servers, built cross-platform (Windows, OS X, Linux) clients, implemented SIP and XMPP, and developed tools that included private cloud solutions. Marko was part of the team that built an open source IPIS/ ERP solution used by major supermarket networks across Croatia. Fluent in Kotlin, Objective-C, C++, Java, Dart, HTML, JavaScript Qt, Flutter, Android, Linux, and iOS, Marko holds a MS in Engineering from FESB, Split, Croatia, and is a General Assembly software engineering mentor. At Probity, Marko leads the development of open-source platforms, and android and iOS apps.

Aniekan is an elite Google and Microsoft UX/UI trained designer. He is a startup veteran, Google UX Masterclass trainer, and is experienced in the design of secure chat and collaboration apps. Aniekan pioneered the gamification of 12-word mnemonic recovery phrases. His rich background in bringing product visions to life is informed by his early career working for startups. Aniekan has strong problem-solving skills and has coached and led design teams of varying sizes. His global experience includes international brands across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Africa, and the Indian subcontinent. At Probity, Aniekan’ s interpretive skills enable him to bring creativity and simplicity to his designs. Aniekan helps companies communicate an elegant aesthetic that ranges from the whimsical and playful to the magisterial and opulent.

Julissa is a business researcher and analyst with an inquisitive mind who builds strategy, problem-solves, and communicates actionable intelligence to decision makers. She studied the intersection of cybersecurity and business during her MBA at George Washington University School of Business in Washington, D.C. The team she led in the Cyber Diplohack – a cyber policy hackathon from the Center for Strategic & International Studies and the Embassy of the Netherlands – won “Best National Cyber Policy Strategy.” A blockchain enthusiast since 2015, she has immersed herself into the world of crypto storage security and blockchain implementations. She served her country as a non-commissioned officer and linguist in the U.S. Air Force, later moving into defense consulting, where she produced intelligence analysis products for National Mission Force clients. At Probity, Julissa helps companies capture, analyze, and communicate intelligence, breaking down complex problems into clear and actionable recommendations.

Sean is an international executive with 36 years of experience in general management and corporate finance, mainly in the biotech and medical device industries.  Sean has worked in senior finance positions for global companies such as Danaher Corporation, Cardinal Health, and Baxter International, and has extensive experience in emerging markets, business start-ups, acquisitions, and spin-offs.  A certified public accountant, Sean has spent most of his career in Europe, China and Russia.  At Probity, Sean provides solid assurance to clients that we maintain the highest levels of corporate governance, compliance and fiscal responsibility.

A 17-year veteran of social media monitoring, Nathaniel connects like-minded people and creates opportunity on a global level. He packages his technology, marketing, and people skills to create sales-accelerating campaigns for scores of successful businesses, including Unilever, Ogilvy-One, Inter-IKEA, FxPro, Clarks Shoes, Brandwatch and many more. For example, Nathaniel has integrated retail hot spot technology from KPMG with mobile phone intelligence tools to understand what people may be thinking as they shop and created clusters of people around products to analyze what they text and post as they walk through the store. Furthermore, Nathaniel has orchestrated source conversation maps for threat intelligence, confirming identities and the intent of hackers prior to major attacks. Selected as one of top 18 social-business thought leaders by JWT Intelligence in 2010, Nathaniel specializes in assisting Probity clients with the recruitment of target-specific executives and the execution of pull marketing techniques that typically exceed product performance objectives.

Sean is a seasoned software developer and leader with 30 years of industry experience. Sean has expertise in networking, distributed systems, and Blockchain. He recently completed a stint at a cybersecurity company as a blockchain consultant before signing on as Chief Engineer, where he went on to prototype the company’s trusted hardware-based platform and lead the development of a secure file transfer and messaging demo for the Department of Defense. As his background and interest in economics led him to Bitcoin in 2013, Sean began developing Bitcoin-related software in 2014, the same year he joined the Omni Foundation (formerly known as Mastercoin). He led Omni’s efforts in development and testing and created the OmniJ project; Sean was also the lead developer of ConsensusJ. Sean is a regular attendee of the invitation-only Satoshi roundtable. Sean led a consulting firm that built products for clients that included Apple, 3Com, Novell, Silicon Graphics, and SUN Microsystems. He founded a company that developed a platform for publishing and managing streaming video and licensed that technology to Apple, Unisys, and Nikkei.  Moreover, he has developed mobile applications for Turner Broadcasting, Kaiser Permanente, and Universal.

A FAANG engineering alum from the cloud computing space, Dr. Luke designs and builds distributed and cryptographically secure systems. He holds a PhD in Mathematics. Luke also holds an MSc in Psychology. He studied the flow of information on social networks, an endeavor that sparked his interest in machine learning. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Luke earned awards in Psychology and Mathematics. Dr. Luke was raised among entrepreneurs and takes an active interest in the design and execution of business processes. At Probity, Dr. Luke breaks down complex ideas and designs state-of-the-art solutions, using a blend of mathematics, cryptography and artificial intelligence.

Andrew is a strategic critical thinker, consultant, and entrepreneur with a background in education, technology, and economics. After delving into the mobile payments world, he joined Schoology to help enhance their innovative learning management system. Subsequently, Andrew managed a project that melded the principles of blockchain, trusted computing, cryptography, and cybersecurity, into a user-friendly authentication application. He has consulted with educational, non-profit, and governmental institutions from the Ellen Frank Illumination Arts Foundation to the New York MTA, helping stakeholders leverage emerging technologies and media platforms. He views technology as a pivotal tool to solve real-world problems, rather than an end in itself. Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in 2013.
